The 100+-year history of Cutler-Segerstrom Insurance Agency parallels the growth and development of Tuolumne County.

Cutler-Segerstrom was founded in 1906 by some of the county’s most prominent citizens. Throughout the years, our company has successfully maintained a strong bond with our customers, which has always been based on personal service and a commitment to be there for our customers. Even in times when insurance premiums have risen, Cutler-Segerstrom has been able to find our customers affordable protection without jeopardizing our promise to only partner with stable and committed insurance companies.

Since the day of it’s founding, Cutler-Segerstrom has been deeply involved in the community. This involvement has strengthened over time and expanded to owners and employee's volunteering at community events in their free time. Sponsoring local schools, charity events and major community happenings are also a strong focus points. In 2007, Cutler-Segerstrom helped initiate the first annual fundraiser for Meals on Wheels, to aid in the continuation of this valuable program for our local seniors.

For our 100-year anniversary in 2006, the company was presented with the California Legislature Assembly Resolution for outstanding business practices and services to the community.

Today, Cutler-Segerstrom employs over 20 agents with a combined industry experience of almost 300 years.
